Returns
Return Window:
You have 7 business days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Condition Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- New, unused, and in impeccable condition
Return Authorization:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by Adecabtubs.com prior to returning any item. Returns without prior RMA approval will not be accepted.
Buyer's Remorse:
For returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind), customers must:
- Provide detailed photos of the product and packaging before approval
- Handle and pay for return shipping and insurance to ensure safe delivery back to us
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Return Instructions:
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important Notice:
Items returned without prior approval or without following our return process will not be accepted.

Refunds
Inspection & Approval:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing:
If approved, refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
