Returns

Return Authorization:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by adecabtubs.com before returning any item.
Returns without prior RMA approval will not be accepted. -
Buyer's Remorse:
For returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g., change of mind), customers are required to:-
Provide detailed photos of the product and packaging before approval.

Handle and pay for return shipping and insurance to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. -
